We met in 1988 at drill for the United States Naval Reserves and became shipmates. By the end of our tour in the Persaian Gulf War 1991, we had become friends. After 7 years of a platonic relationship, we became lovers.....and 2 years later ...we were wed on Valentines day (Kappa colors are crimson and cream...the bride translated this to a red and white Valentines day themed wedding.)
